HOW DOES PRICING WORK?
On-Site activation is priced as half day (4 hours or less) or day rate (8 hours or less).
Quoted cost includes travel and parking, artist’s materials, insurance, displays, setup and breakdown.
In-Studio work is priced based on quantity, complexity and timeline. Please email for a quote!
CAN YOU PERSONALIZE ANY PRODUCT OR SOURCE PRODUCTS?
I will try to work with any product you send me!
Sample testing is at no cost (shipping will be to Las Vegas, Nevada), and I will send you pictures of the results and my professional opinions on which option works best with your product and event aspirations.
At this time I only source products for quantities more than 100 pcs.
HOW LONG IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
On-Site calligraphy, engraving and foiling takes ~1 minute per item!
On-Site fashion sketching takes about 7-10 minutes per person.
On-Site monogram painting (3 initials) takes about 20 minutes.
On-Site paintings such as pet portraits or anything more intricate will require at least 30min-1 hour.
In-Studio work turnaround is usually 2-3 days, but can be rushed for next day completion.
DO YOU DO EVENTS OUTSIDE OF LAS VEGAS?
Yes, I travel for events both domestic and internationally.
Your quote will include travel expenses if booked outside of Las Vegas, Nevada.
WHAT DO WE NEED TO PROVIDE?
For On-Site calligraphy, I will need a table, chair and your stationery.
For On-Site engraving, foiling, fashion sketching and painting, I will need a table, chair and access to electricity (I can bring an extension cord).
Signage, table cloth, table decor has been arranged by clients in the past but not required.
